Christmas Holiday of Our Dreams

Almost 4 years ago I found an article espousing the christmastime beauty of visiting Le Chateau Frontenac in Quebec. I was pregnant and booked the trip as a "babymoon" but cancelled the trip due to concerns about traveling later in my pregnancy. So I had my beautiful baby and dreamed about it for 2 more years. We finally got to go and this time take our daughter with us. From the booking process, to emailing staff before our arrival, to the seamless check in, it was stress-free. And then to walk into our gorgeous room with classical Christmas music playing...I was in heaven. The hotel, the staff (every single person), and the entire city was wonderful. We have had many of our family and friends tell us that because of the stories we shared and photos we posted, they plan to visit the Chateau. We loved our Gold Floor ("Or" in French) stay so much that we've already booked our next stay at a Fairmont!
