Panzanella Salad

Ingredients

• • 2 large tomatoes (2 varieties)
  • 4 grape tomatoes (assorted varieties)
  • Olive bread
  • Whole ripped avocado (diced)
  • Italian parsley
  • ½ Red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 4 thin proscuitto slices
  • Micro sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, pepper & garlic

1. 1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them nicely in the plates
   2. Make croutons: cut the bread in cubes, roast in the pan with olive oil and garlic
   3. Dispose the croutons and the other items in the plates with balsamique dressing, salt and pepper
   4. Decorate with micro sprouts and parsley, you can also add thin slices of radishes
