Strawberry Champagne Popsicles

• • 3 cups strawberry puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup champagne
  • 5 fresh strawberries

1. 1. Mix strawberry puree, sugar, water and cook in a pot till it boils.
   2. Cool it down and add Champagne and mix.
   3. Chop the fresh strawberries and add a few in Popsicle moulds.
   4. Carefully pour the mix into the Popsicle moulds.
   5. Arrange the Popsicle stick in the center and transfer into a freezer for 4 hours minimum.
   6. Carefully remove them from the moulds and arrange on ice bed and present.
