Friendly staff at Jasper Park Lodge

We stayed at the Jasper Park Lodge from Feb 8-10, 2019. We have stayed there many times before and love the atmosphere there and the staff are always friendly. It was a very cold weekend and after having dinner at Oka, we decided to head to the lobby to relax and listen to some live music. The place was very busy but luckily we found a sofa to sit down. We could see that the servers were running off their feet. While we waited patiently for a server, the manager of the lounge (an East Indian gentleman) noticed that we had not been served and came over to take our order. Shortly after, he brought us our drinks himself. On the following evening, we sat down at a table again in the lobby after dinner and we were so happy to see him there again. He came over and served us our drinks and we actually had a very nice conversation. We have always been impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the JPL staff but this gentleman really stood out. Unfortunately we did not get his name but we do hope that by way of this we could say thank you to him and we sincerely hope that we will see him again next time we visit the JPL.
