  • 4-5 oz. Clamato
  • 5 dashes Worcestershire
  • 2-3 dashes Hot Sauce (Tabasco or any green jalapeno hot sauce)
  • 1 splash Fresh Lime Juice
  • Horseradish (if desired)
  • Celery Salt

• Garnish

  • Celery Foam
  • Peppered Smoked Salmon Jerky
  • Sea Asparagus (if available)

1. 1. Generously rim glass with Celery Salt
   2. Mix all ingredients together and stir
   3. Fill glass with ice and add the Clamato mixture
   4. Garnish with Celery Foam, Salmon Jerky, and Sea Asparagus
