Manitoba Martini

Ingredients

• • 2 oz Hendricks Gin
  • 1/4 oz Canadian Birch Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Saskatoon Compote
  • Tonic Water

1. 1. Place Saskatoon compote in martini glass
   2. In a shaker, combine gin, both syrups and the lime juice and stir on ice
   3. Strain mix over Saskatoon compote and top up with tonic water
