Ingredients
- Yield:

FOR THE RIBS
- 36 OZ. Back Ribs
- 1 PC. ONION
- 2 PCS. GARLIC
-
FOR THE SAUCE
- 3 PCS. CHOPPED GARLIC
- 1 OZ. CHOPPED ONION
- 2 OZ. BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
- 1/2 CUP TOMATO PUREE
- 1/2 CUP DARK BEER
- 1/2 APPLE CIDER VINAGER
- 1 OZ. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 TSP. CORIANDER SEED
- 1 TSP. CELERY SEED
- 1 TBSP. SALT
- 1 TBSP. BLACK PEPPER

FOR THE BAKED POTATOE
- 4 PCS. POTATOES
- 2 OZ. BUTTER
- 4 OZ AMERICAN CHEESE
- 1 TSP. SALT
- 5 TSP. BLACK PEPPER

FOR THE CORN
- 4 PCS. SWEET CORN
- 4 OZ. BUTTER
- 1 TSP. SALT
Preparation

- Boil the ribs in hot water with the sliced onion, sliced garlic and a tablespoon of salt for 30 minutes.
- Start preparing the sauce. Sauté with butter the onion and the garlic until they become brown, add the rest of the ingredients, mix them and cook until reduce.
- Carefully glass the ribs with the sauce.
- Turn the oven on at 150 °F and bake the ribs during 2 hours 30 minutes.Every 30 minutes make sure to glass the ribs. Cut them in small portions.
- For the baked potatoes, cover them with olive oil, put salt and black pepper on each. Bake for 50 minutes. Put the cheese at the top to melt it.
- Grill the corn add the butter at the top. When they are ready, cut the corn in two.
- Serve the ribs with one baked potatoe and a piece of corn. Don't forget to mix and match with a good beer. Get ready for a BBQ day!

The classic recipe with a cerveza twist. Ribs and beer, can't get better than that!
