Princess

My granddaughter 4 year old Elia Rose is my princess however it gave me joy to see how every member of your staff treated her as a princess while on our stay in Bermuda. They all knew her by name and would hold the door open upon our return each time and welcome Elia rose the princess of fairmonts princess hotel back home to her castle. She would smile a shy smile and wave a royal wave! I loved that grown men would treat her in such a sweet way. Made my heart happy. For this, I will be forever grateful.
