Service

We have just returned from a very short stay at the Fairmont Palms- 4 nights, as a stopover on our way back from the UK and onward to Auckland.
We took advantage of the Fairmont Gold service, and I must say I cannot fault it. The service given by all the staff was fantastic, from breakfast to drinks in the evening it was absolutely fabulous, the staff could do enough for us, so polite and friendly.
We are definitely coming back and would recommend the hotel to anyone
