Chef Maloney's Housemade Egg Nog

• • 4 Eggs, separated
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Pint Whole Milk
  • 14 Ounces Condensed Milk
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Fresh Grated Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Woodford Reserve

1. 1. Separate eggs.
   2. In high power blender, blend egg yolks until they lighten in color.
   3. Add ½ of the sugar until dissolved.
   4. Add the condensed milk, and blend until combined.
   5. In a bowl, whisk remaining sugar with egg whites to stiff peaks.
   6. Fold in egg yolk mixture, and add remaining ingredients.
