In August of 2014, we won a trip to Chicago on "Lets Make a Deal". We just returned from the trip, August 2015.
From the moment we arrived we were given the royal treatment. The hotel/room was beautiful and the staff were by far the most friendly and helpful staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. Cody and Katie in the Gold lounge went over and above to make our stay in the Windy City one we would never forget. We cannot thank them and Collen enough for their wonderful hospitality. The hotel food was delicious. After our first day in the city we returned to our room with a welcome letter, champagne and strawberries. The hotel made us feel as if we were the only guests. The extra attention to small details was top-notch! Thank you Fairmont hotel and staff for a great trip. We look forward to staying again at the Fairmont!
