• • 5oz Rye Whiskey
  • 3oz Campari
  • 1oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick, Whole (2”)
  • 1 Nutmeg, Whole
  • 1tbsp Cardamom, Whole
  • 1oz Frozen Cranberries
  • 1tbsp Real Maple Syrup
  • 2dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2pc Boozy Cranberries

1. 1. To make the boozy cranberries, combine 1oz. of the frozen cranberries with 1oz. of rye whiskey and 1oz of Campari. Place in a sealed container, and allow to marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.
   2. In a small air tight container, combine the Rye Whiskey, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom. Seal the container and allow to infuse for 24-48 hours
   3. To start the cocktail, muddle 2oz. of cranberries in a mixing glass. Add the Bitters and Maple Syrup, mix well.
   4. Next add ice cubes, infused rye whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth to the mixing glass. Stir well – 15-30 seconds.
   5. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and serve in a coupe glass.
   6. Garnish each drink with a boozy cranberry.
