We don't have much as a family. When we got the time and money to finally visit family we chose The Fairmont. We wanted the quality and full service that we had heard of ' the rich ' getting on their vacations and getaways. We had one problem, I had to have my emotional support animal with me. Every hotel in town turned us down even when I explained that this would probably be our last visit with my mother. Finally, a friend told me about your hotel and your great accommodation for pets. We met as a family of 20 at that time; in your restaurant for dinner, in your lobby for coffee and cocktails, and in your dog walk area for constitutionals and small family meetings. The staff took such good care of us ( and Jeff ). Jeff loved to walk along the 'Great Pane' in the lobby and bark at pedestrians as they passed. He was so happy and misses the attention he got from staff. You really made it a special time for us to just be together with good people, food, memories, and laughter. Thank you and Jeff sends his love.
