Ingredients

• • 1½ oz Pimm's No. 1
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • 1 oz sprite
  • 5 radishes
  • 5 lemon wheels
  • 5 cucumber wheels

1. 1. Combine ingredients in a pint mixing glass
   2. Fill mixing glass with crushed ice and lightly shake
   3. Garnish with lemon
   4. Serve in a Collins glass
