No-Bake Berry Cream Cake

Ingredients
- Yield:
- 5 servings

- 2 1/2 cups Assorted Fresh Berries
- 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip (divided)
- 1 packet (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups Cold Milk
- 12 Graham Crackers

Optional Toppings
- Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Chopped Nuts
- Drizzle of Hershey’s Chocolate or Strawberry Sauce
- Powdered Sugar for dusting
- Extra whole berries
Preparation
- Difficulty:

- 20 Minutes
- Total Time:
- 4 Hoursof refrigeration (overnight preferred)

- Mix Vanilla Pudding Packet with 2 cups of Cold Milk.
- Add half of the Cool Whip into the Pudding mixture.
- Place a layer of Graham Cracker on the bottom of an 8inx8in pan.
- Spread ½ of the pudding/Cool Whip mixture.
- Add a single layer of berries.
- Top with another layer of Graham Cracker.
- Spread remaining pudding/Cool Whip mixture.
- Add a single layer of berries.
- Top with the final Graham Crackers.
- Spread the other half of the Cool Whip topping.
- Add the whole berries along with other toppings (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the Graham Cracker soften.
